The research began as part of the ongoing effort to understand and introduce aspects of Circular Economy in the construction sector.
With increasing stress onto the climate as a result of the anthropocene era, the key factor of which is the Construction Sector, creating any new structure is detrimental to the fragile ecosystem.
The research further delves into recent breakthroughs and practices which are leading the conversation and applying the research to their work.
The practice continues to question the necessity of constructing new and promote the principles of Adaptive Reuse and Circular Construction.
